petspunk — End User License Agreement (EULA) & Community Rules

1. Acceptance

By creating an anonymous account or entering a campfire room in petspunk (the "App"), you agree to this Agreement and the Community Rules in Section 5. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Minimum age — 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18, without notice and without refund of any in-app currency.

The App is rated 18+ on the App Store and Google Play. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor is using the App, report it at the contact above and we will act promptly.

3. Anonymous account

The App creates an anonymous account on first launch. There is no sign-up, email, phone number, or password. Your account is tied to an install key stored on your device and, optionally, a recovery key you may save. If you lose both, we cannot recover your account, your characters, or your currency.

Connecting an AI subscription (the "Connector") is optional. The Connector reads only usage figures (percent of a quota used per billing window) and never reads your conversations, prompts, or files.

4. Chat is not stored

Messages sent in a campfire room are relayed between the people in that room and are not stored on our servers. When a room ends, its chat is gone.

The one exception is reporting (Section 6): when you report someone, your device uploads the last messages it holds so that we can review the report. Nothing is uploaded unless you press Report.

5. Community Rules — zero tolerance

The App is a shared campfire with strangers. The following are prohibited and result in immediate, permanent termination on first confirmed occurrence. There are no warnings.

1. Sexual content of any kind, including solicitation, and any sexual reference involving minors.

2. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting anyone based on a protected characteristic.

3. Sharing personal information — yours or anyone else's — including phone numbers, addresses, social handles, or links intended to move contact off the App.

4. Spam, advertising, scams, or soliciting money or currency.

5. Impersonation of other users, nlap, or any third party.

6. Circumventing moderation — new accounts after termination, evading a block, or exploiting the App to harass.

7. Automation, bots, or tampering with the App, its economy, or the relay.

We may remove content, mute, kick, suspend, or terminate at our sole discretion. Termination forfeits all in-app currency and unlocked characters. We may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

• Report — Every room has a Report button on every participant. Reporting uploads the last messages your device holds (up to 30 lines of room chat plus the reported person's last 8 messages) together with the reported account's identifier. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed violations immediately.
• Block — Blocking is free and instant (your 200 most recent blocks are kept). A blocked account is never seated in the same room as you again, in either direction.
• Kick — A room may remove a participant by unanimous vote of the other participants (a participant who does not respond within the vote window is not counted as opposing; an explicit abstain is). Kicked users are not otherwise penalised.
• Mute (in-app "gag") — A room vote: any participant can open a gag vote on another (the opener pays a small in-app fee only if it passes); a majority silences the target for 60 seconds in that room only. It is a game mechanic, not moderation, and does not affect reporting.
• Filtering — Messages pass through an automated filter on our relay before delivery. Filtered words are masked; repeated attempts to evade the filter are treated as a Section 5 violation.
• Appeals — Write to the contact above within 30 days with your recovery key. We will respond, but decisions on Section 5 violations are final.

7. In-app currency and unlocks

Firewood (✦), char (◆), and ash (❖) are in-app currencies with no real-world value. They cannot be purchased with money, transferred outside the App, exchanged for money, or refunded. Firewood is granted based on connected AI subscription usage at rates we may change at any time. Character unlocks are permanent for that account but are forfeited on termination.

We may change the economy — earn rates, prices, drop rates, and room rules — at any time to keep the App fair and fun.

8. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its art.

9. Content you create

You own the messages you send. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to relay them to the room and, if reported, to review them for moderation. Your character is assembled from our art; the combination is yours to use in the App and nowhere else.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that rooms will be available, that other users will behave, or that currency will retain any in-app value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim — which is zero.

You use rooms at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may terminate under Section 5, or for any reason with 14 days' notice.

12. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them in the App and at the URL above; continued use after that is acceptance.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

1. 동의

petspunk(«앱»)에서 익명 계정을 만들거나 모닥불 방에 입장하면 본 약관과 제5조 커뮤니티 규칙에 동의한 것으로 본다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 않는다.

2. 최소 연령 — 만 18세 이상

앱은 만 18세 이상만 사용할 수 있다. 앱을 사용함으로써 귀하는 만 18세 이상임을 진술한다. 당사는 18세 미만의 것으로 합리적으로 판단되는 계정을 사전 통지 및 재화 환불 없이 정지·해지할 수 있다.

앱은 App Store와 Google Play에서 18+ 등급이다. 당사는 18세 미만의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 미성년자 사용이 의심되면 위 연락처로 신고하기 바란다. 즉시 조치한다.

3. 익명 계정

앱은 첫 실행 시 익명 계정을 만든다. 가입·이메일·전화번호·비밀번호가 없다. 계정은 기기에 저장된 설치 키와, 선택적으로 저장할 수 있는 복구 키에 묶인다. 둘 다 잃으면 당사는 계정·캐릭터·재화를 복구할 수 없다.

AI 구독 연결(«커넥터»)은 선택이다. 커넥터는 사용량 수치(과금 주기당 한도 사용 비율)만 읽으며 대화·프롬프트·파일은 절대 읽지 않는다.

4. 채팅은 저장하지 않는다

모닥불 방에서 보낸 메시지는 그 방의 참가자 사이에서만 중계되며 당사 서버에 저장되지 않는다. 방이 끝나면 채팅도 사라진다.

유일한 예외는 신고(제6조)다. 누군가를 신고하면 귀하의 기기가 보유한 최근 메시지를 업로드해 당사가 검토한다. 신고 버튼을 누르기 전에는 아무것도 업로드되지 않는다.

5. 커뮤니티 규칙 — 무관용

앱은 낯선 사람과 함께 앉는 모닥불이다. 아래 행위는 금지되며 최초 확인 즉시 영구 해지된다. 경고는 없다.

1. 모든 성적 콘텐츠 — 유인·권유를 포함하며, 미성년자와 관련된 성적 언급은 어떠한 형태로도 금지한다.

2. 괴롭힘·협박·혐오 발언, 보호 대상 특성에 근거한 공격.

3. 개인정보 공유 — 본인 또는 타인의 전화번호·주소·SNS 계정, 앱 밖으로 연락을 옮기려는 링크.

4. 스팸·광고·사기, 금전이나 재화 요구.

5. 사칭 — 다른 사용자·nlap·제3자.

6. 모더레이션 우회 — 해지 후 재가입, 차단 회피, 앱을 이용한 괴롭힘.

7. 자동화·봇·변조 — 앱·경제·릴레이에 대한 조작.

당사는 단독 재량으로 콘텐츠 삭제·음소거·강퇴·정지·해지를 할 수 있다. 해지 시 모든 재화와 해금 캐릭터를 상실한다. 불법 행위는 수사기관에 신고할 수 있다.

6. 신고·차단·모더레이션

• 신고 — 모든 방의 모든 참가자에게 신고 버튼이 있다. 신고 시 귀하 기기가 보유한 최근 메시지(방 대화 최대 30줄 + 피신고인의 최근 발언 8줄)와 피신고 계정 식별자가 업로드된다. 24시간 이내 검토를 목표로 하며 확인된 위반은 즉시 조치한다.
• 차단 — 무료·즉시(가장 최근 200명까지 기억). 차단된 계정과는 양방향으로 다시는 같은 방에 앉지 않는다.
• 강퇴 — 다른 참가자 전원의 만장일치로 참가자를 내보낼 수 있다(투표 시간 안에 응답하지 않은 사람은 반대로 세지 않고, 명시적 기권은 반대로 센다). 강퇴 자체로 별도 불이익은 없다.
• 재갈(앱 내 투표) — 누구든 다른 참가자에게 재갈 투표를 열 수 있고(가결될 때만 개시자가 소액의 앱 내 재화를 낸다), 과반이면 대상을 그 방에서만 60초 침묵시킨다. 게임 장치이며 모더레이션이 아니고 신고에 영향을 주지 않는다.
• 필터 — 메시지는 전달 전에 릴레이의 자동 필터를 거친다. 필터 대상 단어는 가려지며, 반복적인 필터 우회 시도는 제5조 위반으로 본다.
• 이의 제기 — 30일 이내 복구 키와 함께 위 연락처로 보낸다. 답변하되 제5조 위반에 대한 결정은 최종이다.

7. 앱 내 재화와 해금

장작(✦)·숯(◆)·재(❖)는 현실 가치가 없는 앱 내 재화다. 금전으로 구매·외부 이전·환전·환불할 수 없다. 장작은 연결된 AI 구독 사용량에 따라 지급되며 지급률은 언제든 바뀔 수 있다. 캐릭터 해금은 그 계정에 영구적이나 해지 시 상실한다.

당사는 앱을 공정하고 재미있게 유지하기 위해 지급률·가격·드랍률·방 규칙 등 경제를 언제든 변경할 수 있다.

8. 라이선스

당사는 귀하 소유 기기에서 앱을 사용할 개인적·양도불가·철회가능 라이선스를 부여한다. 앱과 그 아트를 복제·수정·역설계·재배포할 수 없다.

9. 귀하가 만든 콘텐츠

보낸 메시지의 권리는 귀하에게 있다. 귀하는 당사에 그 메시지를 방에 중계하고, 신고된 경우 모더레이션을 위해 검토할 전 세계적·무상 라이선스를 부여한다. 캐릭터는 당사 아트로 조립된 것이며 그 조합은 앱 안에서만 귀하의 것이다.

10. 면책과 책임 제한

앱은 «있는 그대로» 제공된다. 방의 가용성, 다른 사용자의 행동, 재화의 앱 내 가치 유지를 보장하지 않는다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 당사의 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월간 귀하가 앱에 지불한 금액 — 즉 0원 — 으로 제한된다.

방 이용은 귀하의 책임이다. 당사는 다른 사용자의 행위에 책임지지 않는다.

11. 해지

귀하는 설정에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며 삭제는 즉시·영구적이다. 당사는 제5조에 따라, 또는 14일 전 통지로 어떤 사유로든 해지할 수 있다.

12. 변경

당사는 본 약관을 갱신할 수 있다. 중대한 변경은 앱과 위 URL에 게시한 뒤 14일 후 효력이 생기며, 이후 계속 사용하면 동의한 것으로 본다.

13. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따른다. 분쟁은 서울 법원의 전속 관할로 하되, 귀하 거주국의 강행 소비자 보호 규정을 침해하지 않는다.
