Common questions

• I reinstalled the app and lost my account. On iPhone the account survives reinstalls; on Android it returns through the device key. If it did not, e-mail us with your handle (@…) shown on the home screen.
• Moving to a new phone. Home → wallet chip → Transfer code. Enter the 8-character code on the new phone within 10 minutes.
• Deleting my account. Home → wallet chip → Delete account, or see this page.
